GETTING READY TO GO

It's 6am on Monday June 6th, and I'm putting it all together, getting ready to start out on my 400 mile pilgrimage on the Camino de Santiago (the Way of St James).  I'll be flying into Bilboa, Spain on Tuesday June 7th, and will head out on the northern camino route on Wednesday June 8th. 

I'm grateful for all the people who have wished me well, urged me to be safe, who provided me with some special gifts, and who have promised to pray for me. I'll be praying with all, and I'm packinglots of prayer petitions which I'll bring to the Cathedral where the bones of St James the Apostle are enshrined.

I hope to be writing on this blog with my daily reflections of the trip. Tune in, if you are interested!
